Whats the name of the mission that opens up the ability to have heroes?

if ur coming from tyria, the quest is in lions arch...
forget the npcs name but hes on teh docks

if ur coming from cantha, the quest is in kaineng center..
hes around there somewhere i forget the names lol
guardsman linro or sumptin?

jus look around for the !

You need Nightfall... and ifyou do, just follow the primary quests and you'll get them soon

If you do have NF on your account there are 2 quests to unlock a Tyrian and a Canthan Hero.

Gain Olias: Talk to Lionguard Figo in Lion's Arch to obtain this quest. He's on one of the piers, near Jiaju Tai. Olias is Necromancer primary.

Gain Zenmai: Talk to Imperial Guardsman Linro, just near the exit to Bejunkan Pier in Kaineng Centre. Zenmai is Assassin primary.
